Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of every Custom Needs item. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund.

Eligible Returns We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged items received
  • Printing defects or errors
  • Wrong item sent
  • Significantly different from product description

Return Process Contact us at needsarecustom@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

Custom Orders Since all items are printed fresh to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color differences due to monitor settings

Resolution For eligible returns, we will provide a replacement item or full refund at no cost to you.
